Liane Alexandra Curtis (born on July 11, 1965) is an American film and television actress and musician. She has garnered a cult following after such B grade theater and video releases as Critters 2: The Main Course and Girlfriend from Hell as well as smaller roles in higher profile classics such as Sixteen Candles and her feature film debut Baby It's You directed by John Sayles.

Liane started the band Rachel Profilin' and has songs available at her Myspace page but has been recently managing and playing with her daughter Jacqueline Mackenzie.

Companies

Liane created Vulan-A Productions in 2005, located in Los Angeles, CA, to produce feature films, reality and scripted television. She also co-owns the production company oy oy click click with Kathy Messick which was formed in 2004 in Santa Monica, CA. Recntly she formed Mackenzie Group Entertainment with her husband, Timothy J Mackenzie. They work with USO San Diego as Special Event producers and also manage a few artists. Mackenzie Group is also located in Santa Monica, CA

Personal life

Liane's father, Jack Curtis, was a voice actor, creating such voices as Pops Racer and Inspector Detector for the Japanese anime series Speed Racer in 1967 as well as a director and producer of The Flesh Eaters in 1964. Liane's mother, Paulette Rubinstein was also an actress as well as screenwriter and song writer and has performed with the likes of Eddie Albert and Julie Andrews.

Liane has been married to Timothy J. Mackenzie on March 21, 1999. They have three children.
